Corporate Communications Releases Its Incident Statement Library to Developers
The phrase library behind every Syntax Energy incident statement is now available as a free tool. It has never once admitted fault, and has no plans to begin.
Syntax Energy's Corporate Communications team has published the Incident Excuse Generator, the system it uses internally to explain engineering failures to customers, regulators and the board.
The tool produces a formal title, an official statement, a vague root cause and an action plan in seven house styles, from legal and compliance to overconfident startup founder.
An optional internal translation explains what actually happened. Corporate Communications recommends leaving it switched off before sending anything to customers.
"Transparency is our highest value, and this library lets you be transparent without being specific."
About Syntax Energy Co.: a satirical utility that harvests wasted computation and sells the offset back. It is not an electric utility, a carbon registry, or a listed company. Figures are simulated.
